The urn arrived much earlier than expected. It was beautiful and you can see that it's quality workmanship. I'm very impressed and it couldn't be more perfect. The bottom seals tightly so the contents are very secure. I love it and am so glad I ordered from this seller.

Beautiful urn, modern, stylish and elegant. 1st - I ordered on Wed and it arrived the following Monday from Poland using standard shipping. How is that possible? SO FAST!! It was wrapped very well which I was concerned about because this is precious cargo for me. The personalized plaque was perfect, no spelling errors. It was a little more expensive than most of the other urns I had looked at but I was happy to pay for such excellent quality and care. This urn and their professionalism made the worst event of my life into a beautiful memorial that honors her spirit with dignity and love. Thank you so much. This is not a paid review, I am a legitimate customer. My Aunt purchased this urn to beautifully remember her late husband. She asked me to make the decal for her and I reached out to the seller, Gregory, who graciously helped me and let me know the dimensions of the urn. I was so appreciative as many sellers aren’t receptive to questions from people who haven’t made a purchase firsthand but that wasn’t the case here. I ordered a walnut keepsake urn with a memorial plaque for my Dad and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The item arrived quickly to the United States, it was even more beautiful in person, and it’s perfect for my Dad’s final resting place. I couldn’t have asked for a better urn for my sweet kitty Darth Vader. It was shipped very quickly and arrived perfectly. A little wooden chip was included with Darth Vader laser engraved into it! Opening, sealing & handling instructions

The urn is opened via a threaded ABS plug located in the base of the stone platform.
Ensure the plug is correctly aligned before closing.
For permanent closure, a neutral silicone adhesive may be applied to the threaded area prior to final tightening.
Always lift and support the urn from the base.
Avoid contact with sharp or hard surfaces that could damage the stainless steel surface or stone base.

Care & maintenance

Clean the stainless steel surface using a soft, dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth.
Do not use abrasive materials or acidic cleaning agents on metal or stone surfaces.
For stone bases, avoid prolonged exposure to staining substances and excessive moisture unless the stone is specifically intended for outdoor use.
Wipe surfaces regularly to remove dust or residue.
